Try marrying her first. (sorry about adding my opinion) have an honest conversation with her.

Hard to say what it may mean... could be due to a number of things... being overly enthusiastic, possible issues with endometriosis, etc..
Do you know if she has figured out when she is most likely to be ovulating? That would be the first step. There may not be anything wrong with either of you as it can take quite some time to fall pregnant, even with good timing. Timing is only one factor involved, but it is an important one when you consider the egg is only viable for a short time.
She may want to consider a preconception visit to her doctor... would be wise if you went along as well. Also, it is recommended that she is getting at least 400 mcg of folic acid while trying to conceive. She can get this from a prenatal or multivitamin as well as many foods and drinks that are fortified with it. This helps with the prevention of certain birth defects that can occur in the very early weeks of a pregnancy. Any other lifestyle changes that both of you can make to insure a healthy baby and pregnancy would be a good idea as well.

How long have you been trying for?
About 85 percent of couples it takes approximately a year to become pregnant.
The above answer is correct. You need to get her into preconception visit with the doctor. Also taking multivitamins before becoming pregnant is important part of conception and a healthy womb.

Sounds distinctly like endometriosis-she may need to discuss these symptoms with her doctor-IN DETAIL, and ask Could this be endometriosis?

Ok, I personally have endometriosis and it does sound similar to what I go through as well, but only with the pain after intercourse, but pain can cause exhaustion as well. She needs to see a GYN and talk about having some tests done to find out what is causing her pain
