    Spouce visa to u.k
    I am on student visa in the U.K ,
    I got married in 2005 and applied for my wife's spoce visa but it got refused for 4 times and all the time they given differents reason , so I'm planning to go for appeal this time is there any family law which can help me on this matter? Help me out what shell I do ?/

    If you were denied 4 times with different reasons, then you should look in the rejection notices, what needs to be corrected.

    The most important issues are:

    You must proof your relationship/marriage is genuine. You and your spouse are legally married by the law, not by religion.

    Your sponsor must provide evidence of financial support sufficient for both you and your spouse for the whole term of your study.

    Do not lie in the application forms or at the interview ever! If you're denied because the consulate assumed that you lied, forget the visa...
