    My puppy want eat
    Hi! To began this Im not asking this question because I want to fight my puppy. Im asking for the benefit of my dog. My dog is 9 weeks and she won't eat right. I tired to give her the half can and half hard food but she just won't gain any weight. Her poop is very water . When I took her to the Vet the gave her some anticbotic but this did not help. She was de-wormed and her poop did not turn back to the way it should be. When she got to her dog bowel she just licks the can food and what ever she can't get she leaves. I feed her Nutro Max. She really need to gain some weight. Can somebody please help me. Thank You

    Stick to puppy kibble moisten it with warm water and let it get soft. See if she will eat. If not add about 1 teaspoon of moist food to it and mix well. If she does not eat that take her to the vet. Do not give her cat food

    Dogs get worms from there mother. Poor sanitation. Infected water or soil. If dogs get worms from table scraps how do you explain why you don't have wormy parasites

    Maybe you misunderstoond what your vet has told you. I have had dogs for over 35 years. Every dog had come home with worms they acquired from their mothers and all were treated with dewormer not antibiotic. If your dog gets worms from tablescraps the worm eggs and or larve would be in the food. They don't majicly appear in their bellies. Believe in what you want. I'm just trying to help.

    Listen keisha25 I stated a very well known fact and you are an enexperiend new dog owner. I am offering you advice. You came here for advice. I don't need to argue with you vet. That is unnecessary. Furthurmore if you are unable to accept any opinion but your own, maybe this is not the place for you.

    What do you want to hear? I cannot offer anymore assistance to someone who dosenot want it. Best wishes

    As I explained earlier;

    1. put desired amount of food in dog bowl (dry) moisten with warm water for a few minutes until soft. Start hand feeding her if she shows no interest.

    2) do above and add a teaspoon of wet food to the dry. Mix well and hand feed if necessary.

    3. I don't recommend this to everybody do above and sprinkle a little parmision cheese. That usually will tempt any picky pup.

    If she still refuses to eat tomorrow I would take her to the vet right away
