How to test furnace control module
How to you test the Honeywell S8610U3009 furnace module and circuit board with the meter !
Gas company claims the control module or circuit board could be at fault due late ignition !(5 minutes )

Honeywell used to offer a tester but it cost big bucks. Before replacing check the flame sensor if so equipped. Clean with sand paper and try to see if that helps.

The glue from the sand paper may coat the flame sensor and make it worse use a knife or steel wool to clean or scrape it with.

The black style sand paper works well. But steel wool is better and copper wool is best.
