Hey there well I just brought a 92 honda civic off a friend it has been sitting for a while so I expected problems with it.well at first the car wouldn't turn over so I changed the battery and gave it a basic tune up to relize I wasn't getting fuel or spark so I fixed that by running the test and determined the main relay was shot also the ecm and replaced both of them.now when I went to go crank it it turned over for a second then turned off.and when you crank it and press the gas pedle it sounds like it wants to kick.also when it turned on for the second it sounds like it wasn't breathin to good.can someone help me out with this prob where should I look or do.the car is getting fuel and spark

The answer of txgear is a good way to start... did you check your spark plugs, all lights on the dash are normal ? Other possibilities can be your ignition coil, spark-plugs wires and ICM (check for loose connections, wear).

As txgear says.. be sure to test thouroughly to save you time and money.
