I have two daughters one of age 6 and one age 3 I have low income and I can't afford to pay for the filing and I give him visitations and he has nt paid any support he only takes my oldest and he eats her mind by telling her that he does want to talk to me and I do so I won't let him see her because he don't want to talk to me that's he is leaving to another state and she won't see him again she blames me but she's only 6 and he also tells her when she becomes 14 she could leave with him with out my permission, what can I do he also uses drug in front of my child as she told me he has a new girlfriend and she treats bad my child as well what can I do
