What is the name of the best foot ball school in America?

Are we talking american style football or futbol aka soccer oh I am dumb it does say american football as the category. I guess it all depends USC is always in the top 5 Ohio state is a good team but can't seem to win the championship. Florida has a great team. Penn State has a great defensive program they like to call them linebacker U since great linebackers come out of there. Are you trying to decide on a school to go to?
