I am in Philippines now.I was 1 of the selected applicants to work in Qatar my problem is that I was issued an official visit visa by my previous agency here in the philippines which I didn't able to use it but that already expired today... my question is"does my employer can get aworking visa for me?should I not be ban of entering Qatar"?

Help me and give me some advices about this... :o

If you were issued visitor's visa but unable to travel until, there is no consequence on that, but if you get caught trying to enter the country to work on visitor's visa, you'll be barred from entering the country.

If you did not do anything that might jeopardize your legal status, then you should not have any problem obtaining work visa.

More than a year I was issued a working visa but I didn't come. Is it ban or just cancelled??
