    Florida Residential Lease Agreement
My apartment has been broken into twice while I woks at night, with a third attempt, all reported to the police. The manager of the complex has made me pay for the locks to be changed and pay them the repair the window. I would like to move, I don't feel safe, the landlord would not fix them until I paid for them. I have 6 months left on my lease, is there any way that I can terminate my lease early? I have been there for a year in a half.

Well first the landlord has a duty to replace your locks, as soon as notified,
They may in some cases charge you for them, but have to repair them, so if they have refused to fix them until paid, and you have proof of that, you may have grounds to break your lease. But you need to review it with an attorney in your area.
