How long are you supposed to do the nipple stimulation before any results?
I have been doing it for an hour each nipple on and off for 15 minutes, the only results I have gotten that both of the nipples are stinging but no contractions.

I can't tell you from experience but I have heard that a foot massage can relax you and cause you to go into labor... it's worth a shot at the very least.

Never mind I just figured it out I was doing it all wrong and now things are starting to happen. I had to read the instructions a few times over.

I was just tugging on them you are supposed to rub the hole breast for 10 to 15 minutes each side not together.

What you are supposed to be trying to do is to simulate a baby sucking the nipple as in breastfeeding-this produces an increase of oxytocin and therefore contractions of the uterus as well as (after birth), the "letdown" reflex for the breast milk.

Pulling on your nipples as you noticed-does not seem to work.. ;)

Yes I have been a little slow in the last few days, I think I am going to give the nipple stimulation a break. The baby is moving a lot and I am only having pain when I sit up strait.
