    Do you want:
    a) have XP log in directly to the Desktop under Sandeep?
    b) have XP log in directly to the Desktop under Administrator?

    Hi,
If you have two user accounts you can log in to both accounts. Are you sure you have an Administrator account?
Why can't to you go to Control Pnael > Double Click USER ACCOUNT and check if you have two accounts for your system.

The administrator account is always there. It's just hidden.

Chances are that your Sandeep account is also an administrator so there should be no need for you to login as administrator.

If you really do want to see it on the welcome screen though, check out the following page: http://windowsxp.mvps.org/admins.htm
