Hi, we are looking at having my grandmothers home put in my Uncle's name and wondering how to go about this? She is suffering from dementia and we were told we could get all of her children together to sign a paper stating they all agree that he be the sole owner of the home and that all land and home be placed in his name... we just aren't sure where to start. Whose name is on the deed now? Only that person can sign the deed over unless there is a power of attorney or if they are that persons guardian.
