    Negative test. Really?
It certainly sounds like many women have had questions very similar to mine.

Here are my details. In the past year and 1/2 I have miscarried twice, both times my pregancy would not show on a home pregnancy test, they showed on the blood test.

My last cycle began on the 22nd or 23rd of April. We are now on May 29th. I have had irregular periods in the past but was put on provera a couple of months ago to make my cycles regular. My partner and I had unprotected sex on April 27th and again on May 21st.

I went to the doctor today and had a blood test done, qualitiative. The blood test came back as negative. Is it possible that it's too early to detect even with the qualitative test? I ask because I have sore breasts... and they seem sore like pregnant sore, not period sore. Any advice or do you think that I'm just not pregnant at this time?

    Thanks!

The blood test is pretty accurate, and the doctor has more info than we do. I'm sorry, sounds like you aren't pregnant.

    Good luck.

Thanks for your input. I'm still skeptical. My breasts aren't getting smaller and they still are sore - and no period. This is just so strange... I guess we will see in time and I will definitely post my results here. The only thing that the doctor doesn't know - that I know... is my own body and when it changes - so I guess time will tell.

Yep.. everyone was right. I did get my period, however - VERY LATE. I had never had my breasts hurt like that... before and all the way through my monthly. Plays with your mind! Thanks for postin' Altenweg.
