    I just found two tiny black dots on my 19 month old son. They are right between his teeth.

    He will need to get those decay areas restored with fillings.

    Since he is only 19 month old, take him to a pediatric dentist. It will be easier for him to get used to the environment. The American Association of Pediateric Dentistry usually recommends taking children to the dentist on or around their first birthday for the following reasons :
