My 2000 dodge grand caravan engine is locked up do to no oil please is there any way I can uncease the engine on my own?

No. You are looking at a rebuild, where the valves likely need work--they are the last on the oil train and the first to go. There is also the likelihood of damage to the crankshaft. I would take it to Dodge and let them rebuild the engine. In the future, using synthetic engine oil will give you a greater "margin of safety."

Oil IS the engine's lifes blood. To anyone reading this, take note. I also agree with what TX said.
