Can the reversing plug for an A/C condenser fan motor be replaced or do I need to replace the entire motor? Thanks for the help.

Cut the wires and splice in.

I agree if the wires are not broke off inside the motor housing. Clip,strip,wire nut,electrical tape rock and roll. Make sure the blade is turning the right direction if not reverse colors and do it again.
