So what should I need to do..
Is it possile to return on OPT?
IF yes, then when should I apply for OPT..
Can I travel with new I-20 for other course as I'll be having 3 and half years student visa left..
    Give me your suggestions..
Hoping for the best possible reply

Can I reenter during the 60-day grace period after finishing my program or after finishing OPT?

    No.

Can I reenter if my request for OPT is pending?

Yes, you may reenter to search for employment.

Can I reenter if I left while on OPT?

If your OPT has been approved and you depart before you get a job, your OPT ends and you cannot reenter unless you have a written job offer.

If you have a job, you may travel and reenter to resume work at the same job or you have a written offer for another job.

Other than these, the answer is NO, and if you leave before applying for OPT, even I-20 is not expired, you won't be able to reentered US.
