My last period was dec 4th 2007, my cycle is usually 36 days, however the month before was 39 days, I had unprtected sex on dec 20th with no ejeculation. I then had sex with my husband on dec 22nd and again twice on dec 27th, all with ejeculation, its definitely my husbands isn't it?

You would like us to say yes, but I cant. Just because the other man did not ejaculaate does not mean that there were no little sperm swimin around. The best thing to do is to gey a dna test and tell your hubby the truth

Sorry no, the odds are it is your husband, but there is sperm even in the early fluid that the man produces, so it could easily be his also.
No way to tell without a DNA test after the child is born.
