    Stacker 3
Okay, I've read a lot of mixed things about stacker 3 pills. From what I've read on this board, it doesn't seem like anyone is going to tell me to go for it, and will just tell me to eat well and exercise... but this is my dilemma-
For the past 5 yrs or so, I've become something of an energy-drink addict. I ate terribly (poor, for a number of reasons, including support of my energy-drink habit)- I want to start being healthier... exercising, eating well, cutting out the energy drinks/sugars/etc. But I know that I'm going to crash and have noooo energy if I stop the energy drinks and coffee- going from three 16oz cans of Monster and a cup or two of coffee daily to nothing... So there goes my exercise plans (along with any other activities that require energy, such as getting out of bed- lol)
Stacker 3 is now ephedra free... and I wonder 1. If the negative reviews pertain mainly to stacker when it contained ephedra? And 2. If the people who have had negative side effects may just be sensitive to caffeine? I've been reading about it before taking it, since I've heard such mixed reviews... and the ingredients don't seem all that bad, the worst of them appears to be caffeine, which I already have been consuming regularly in large amounts over the past 5 years... so I'm not tooooo concerned. But I wanted feedback from people who have used them.
Not just healthy people who never typically have caffeine and then are on massive overload with one pill- but regular coffee-drinkers, soda-drinkers, etc. who are not super-sensitive to caffeine... and I want to know the side effects THOSE people had if any, as well as the weight loss they've experienced from using these.
    Thanks for any input!

Well like you said, there is no magic pills, and if you are adicted to some energy drinks, you will just have to stop, period, stop and let your body clean out. It is going to be tough. You are wanting some magic pill that will solve your problems, this is not it.

No, I don't want a magic pill to solve my problems. I want to cut out energy drinks because they are expensive, rotting my teeth, and causing me to gain weight. I want to maintain energy so that I can exercise and start getting in better shape. I don't believe that these are magic pills, as I said I intend to combine them with a better diet and exercise... how that translates to looking for a 'magic pill', I'm not sure.
But at any rate, this is not the feedback I asked for. I'm not stupid, I know that there's no 'magic pill' that will shrink me back to my former weight- my question is about the side effects and the weight loss experience others have had.
    Thanks anyway.
