What does light pink dischage mean? I haven't had my period since march the 26 had brown spotting last week but today I pee and light pink discharge was on the toilet paper when I wipped (I know nasty but I worry) what does this mean? :(

My period is reagular my cycle lands usually a day or two after my last period for example my last period was on march 26 the my next one should have been on April 28 and nothing happen we are on may and still nothing. Well today is my doctors appointment =) so I'm happy I'm finally going to get relief of not knowing.
