(Question moved from Introductions to a more appropriate topic area in order to get the most exposure to those best able to answer the question. Introductions is for people to introduce themselves and we try to not ask questions in that area. Thank you!)

Forget the lotions/potions vitamins-get an ovulation predictor or use the billings method and get pregnant!

You might want to try a dr. and if your over 35 I would not wait to long before seeing a dr.

The Geritol is thought to help by increasing cervical mucus, or making it more fluid... some women feel it worked for them, some also feel extra vitamin B6, guaifenesin, evening primrose oil, or green tea seem to do the trick. However, taking in more fluids each day can have an effect as well when you consider how drinking more fluids helps with nasal congestion. Whether they help or not, is often debated, but if you are considering giving something like that a try, always wise to run it by your doctor or midwife first as obviously some of the things people try would not be wise to use if you are taking other meds. You also need to know when they are to be used as some can be used throughout a cycle, others are meant for only certain times. (I've know nurses and pharmacists who have used some of these things, so there just might be something to them!)
