I need to break my 1 year lease, due to relocation. My new job going to be 200 miles away. Please help!

You have three options:

1) negotiate a buy out wth the landlord
2) sublet
3) help the landlord find a successor tenant

If your company is doing the relocating, then they may have a program to help you. If you are changing companies, then the cost of getting out of the lease will be tax deductible as moving expenses.
