    Divorce and relocating
Firstly I'm going through a divorce - real bad
We have both been living in the same house yet living separate lives for the past 2 years. I have a guy friend who really makes me feel special and has told me that I don't need a man that will beat me up and make me pay all the bills. Yes I like him a lot but just want to sort my divorce out first.

We want to move overseas in 2 years and I don't know if my husband will let me since we have a 2 yr old baby girl. What can I do?

And is dating allowed while you are going through a divorce?

First, dating is allowed by who? If you have a separation agreement in place, then you can date without legal consequence. If there is no separation agreement or the divorce process hasn't been officially noted, then there may be some consequences.

As for moving, this will depend on the results of the divorce. If your ex is awarded visititation, then you will need to get the court's permission to change circumstances that will affect that visitation.
