Have sex shortly after your period ends. And a lot of it ;)

First, at 27, you are not old. Egg quality decreases over time, but please... stop acting like its now or never. Your chances might be higher now, but that doesn't mean you don't have any reasonable chance now or in the future. Start this out by thinking you can get pregnant.

Good health, good living are a start. Exercise, good nutrition, good health, limiting sickness, limiting exposure to drugs, alcohol, pollution, etc... both for the male and the female are all things that can help.

Also understand that over 95% of couples who try to conceive do so within two years. This isn't a day to day race.

Sure, some get pregnant faster... but really... most docs won't even consider talking about infertility until after a year of deliberate trying without conception.
