Do you have a second logon on the PC to use? If so, logon as that user.
Then click on Start, Run and type CMD.EXE and click OK.
At the command prompt, type NET USER ADMINISTRATOR * and hit enter.
When it asks you for the password, hit the enter key and to confirm, hit the enter key again. If the user account you are logged in as allows you to change the password, you have just made the Administrator account password a blank one. Logout and logon as Administrator with no password.
If not, you will need to obtain a password cracker that can be run from a bootable CD-ROM.
