I have an electric hot water heater that I think is broken. There is no hot water coming out of the faucets. We have opned up the drain valve and there is no hot water there. That should we do next?

First check the breaker box for a thrown breaker. Next open up the top inspection plate and check the red reset button on the top thermostat. If everything's OK there and you have power to the heater click on back. But first make sure the heater has power going to it. Good luck and let me know, Tom
