How to control my dog on walks?
I have a doberman. When I take her on walks she always walks right beside me but there are a few dogs in the same area that I pass by everyday, and she always jumps barks and acts wild. I have a prong collar since choke chains are of no use. But I pull and pull on the leash and she just whines and goes right back to barking. I don't know what to do to stop this. Any suggestions?

My aunt carries a little spray bottle and when her dog does it she pulls the leash, sprays the dog and firmly tells him to "settle." sometimes she has to do it a couple times but it usually works

I'd suggest starting with obedience class. Your dog is not under your control, and needs to be, considering that dobies are generally regarded as an aggressive breed. You may also want to look into a head collar, which should give you more control over the dog.

Take treats with you on your walk, when you pass by another dog distract her and give her the treat as you walk by calmly
