I have a husky 2200 psi power washer that work ed fine last year now the soap want come out. It doesn't even come through the hose to the machine. I replaced the hose with a new one so its not clogged, I even tried taking of the connection and cleaning it out the small ball and spring is still there but no soap comes out when I try washing my car could use any good suggestions thanks :confused:

Does you washer have a variable pressure nossel or a two level pressure option?

They only spray soap on low pressure, is that what you are doing, low?

Yes its on low but still nothing

Take the tube out of the soap tank and see if there is any slight vacuum which is needed to pull the soap to the unit, if none try blowing some compressed air down that line to open it up.

Several things, first is the soap injection on the low pressure side ** upstream injector ( near the garden hose side) or on the high pressure side **down stream injector ( by the pressure hose)

The issue with either is that if they are not cleaned out after each use, they will often clog. Plus on the injector on the low pressure side, you are never to use any caustic cleaner and never anything like acid or bleach, since this also sends that chemical though your pump *another story)

If this is a screw on type injector or a snap on type, it is normally easier to replace them, they should cost less than 40 dollars for a good one.
The trouble is that many of the home quality models have the soap injector buit into the pump head and they can not be replaced with out replacing the entire head.

There is normally some valve that allows you to open and close the connection if this is a low pressue side injector, since it can not stay open all the time or it will damage the pump over time. Check so see that that valve is actually moving or working.

But to be honest this is one of the often replaced items on pressure washers. On commercial machines used everyday, they get replaced about every 6 months to 1 year.
