    My Tummy
    Hey guys.

Well my weight ranges from 130-135

I would like to lose 10 lb...

    The problem is...
My body is fine, tis just my stomach...

So can I have some tips that will help me tone out my tummy? I have a bit of a gut.

    1. How could I lose 10 lb and also shape out my stomach with out losing weight on any other parts of my body?

    2. Will this make my boobs smaller?

I am 16, and there not very big... at all... barely noticeable so I don't want to like lose even more off them LOL

    Thanks!

Try pilates or yoga. Diet and exercise are the only way to do it. Not a crash or harmful diet, but eating right and developing good eating habits.

Pilates can crank your core in like no other.

    Seriously.

It bores me some because I prefer faster paced stuff... but you can find a pilates dvd usually at your library... or id suggest Stott Pilates, the secret to flat abs... you can get the abs workout at Amazon for less that $6. (PM me if you can't find it)

Its all about control... and personally, even though I do less pilates now that I intended, I use control techniques used in pilates to guide my ab work.

If pilates isn't your thing, focus on controlled, concentrated exercises of the abs such as the bicycle crunch, the pike crunch, pilates-type situps and half rollbacks, and other core strengtheners like lunges.

The key is good form and good control.

I agree about pilates, I just had a baby five months ago, and my belly was nasty but now its getting a whole lot better from pilates. Also add some swimming or tennis, that helps me with my tummy.

Swimming is great! You can just feel your muscles working. I love it
