    Kitchen Sink
I live in a condo building and have been having repeat clogs in my kitchen sink. The plumber power rods the sink each time it is clogged. It is a double bowl sink with garbage disposal. The plumber was last here 3 weeks ago and the sink is again clogged. I have not been using the garbage disposal at all. Any suggestions on if there could be a larger problem?

Hello, Imc. It sounds like you have grease in the drainline, and it could be that the plumber is running the cable through the grease and not breaking it up creating a temporary fix. So the cable is just boring a hole through the grease allowing water to go through for a while until the grease builds up and plugs up again. Ask your plumber to hydrojet the line, this will break up all the grease and make sure that the line is clear to the main sewer line. Or pour commercial degreaser down the drain. I would ask to hydrojet the line anyway. Good luck Zeke
