You've just presented a really long problem. Did you expect someone to just do it for you? You need to either show some attempt at doing the problem, or at least starting the problem (and then getting some hints to go further), or ask some specific questions about what you don't understand.

This is a long problem, with a lot of parts to it, especially since they're requiring both average and FIFO. Basically, this one problem is an entire chapter.
