GE Refrigerator floods floor when dispenser pressed
    Hello

Pressing H20 dispenser causes water flood. Found water to be pour from 6 inch long clear down tube at rear lower left of fridge under blue plastic valve. Fridge is GE Model # GSH25SGPASS and is approx 4 years old. Can't tell if open end of tube is supposed to be connect to something else and it just worked it loose or if it's a drain tube and the valve is'nt working? Any ideas, please help. BTW- no water comes out of dispenser when pressed and the lines are not frozen. Just pours out back when depressed.

That blue plastic valve it the water valve. It should have the supply line connected to it on one side and 2 other plastic tubes to the other side (1 for the ice maker and 1 for the water dispenser) Sounds like the one for the water dispenser is off. It is held on by a nut and compression ring
