Okay, so lately I have been having chest pains. But not like... constant. They come and last about 2-3 minutes, and come about every hour or two. And then have I have been having pains near my kidneys. Night bad pains. But slight pains.

Are these anything I should worry about and anything I can fix?

I am not an expert but I think an expert would always tell you to have chest pains checked out by a Doctor. It might be something simple but it is best to know.
