I am installing separate xenon lights of various lengths, typically 13", in 7 locations, each with its own transformer.
1st: Can these all be on one 15 amp circuit?
2nd: Wiring? I assume that I provide power to the switch and then daisy chain 14/2 wire to each fixture (daisy chain: one wire in and one wire out of each fixture).

It is possible to put all the lights on one circuit but not knowing the wattage of the xenon light strips it is difficult. Here is the calculation to verify that the existing circuit is large enough.

total wattage (include any other appliances, lamps... connected to this circuit) divided by the voltage = total amps

A 20 amp circuit should not be loaded more than 16 amps.
A 15 amp circuit should not be loaded more than 12 amps.

I found these LED under cabinet lighting strips at IKEA. It is a set of 4 strips about 12" long that connect to one transformer and one splitter. It's called a Doider light strip and cost about $50.00. Here's a link to a picture of what they look like:
