Hi... I own two short haired daushunds that just had puppies on May 4th.... And two puppies have long hair??? Is it possible they are long haired??? I'm not sure if my question is dumb but i'm very confused... Please can anyone answer my question???

Because they can. You can have both short and long in the same litter. If you check mom and dads genealogy you will see there was a long haired.
