I was told by my girlfriend that I should talk and be dirty. I guess it turns her on. Does anyone got some ideas I can use. Please

Talking dirty for beginners...

It is really easy. Start by describing her body parts and how you would like to see them exposed... talk about your genitals and how they want to escape your clothing. Etc, etc, etc... I'm sure I don't have to go further. Keep going.

When you meet a person and start seeing them or having sex don't you as them about what turn them on. I do, I know what I like and how I like sex and I think to find out what the other person is into is very and I think that makes the other person feel like you are caring and understanding. Just ask.

A good way to practice is over the phone (in private places of course!) or texting to each other. Act out in words what you would like to do to each other. Then while in bed together, SAY what you are doing while you are doing it. For example, if you are taking her shirt off, say that you are removing her shirt and tell her how beautifull and sexy they look to you and what you would like to do to them. And then do what you said you would like to do :D see? Its easy. And its an easy way to get started and more comfratable with speaking dirty.
