    Foreclosure of a mobile home
My mobile home was repossed and is now owned by someone else. I was never notified by the mortgage company. This mobile home is still on my land. Does the new owner have to pay for keeping the home on the land?
    Thanks,

The new owner should be being a rental fee for the land the mobile home is on.

If you had a loan on just the mobile home, then it was repossessed, not foreclosed, ( big difference) if the loan was for the mobile home and the land, then it was foreclosed and they took the land also.

If you own the land, then yes, you can demand rent for the land, and even just give them legal notice that they have to move the mobile home.

It is strange that they did not take the home and move it?? Have you discussed this with the lender ? Have you been to the court house to check that you still own the land?
