We were sent an invitation to a "Graduation Party". The party is for an adult who has earned a masters degree. Is it necessary to give a gift and if so, what does one give to a grown person?

What is their degree or profession? Something in that. Money or a gift card is always nice.

I don't see why you wouldn't give a graduate a gift. You can't go wrong with giftcards
