HI THIS IS NARAYANA,

Just go to run and type gpedit.msc and press enter, go to administrative tools-windows explorer-remove the folder option menu item from the tools menu there just disable. After finishing that just go to run and type gpupdate/force. After doing this may be solve your problem.
