Engine starts easily. I have to go from full to half choke to keep it running. Without choke, engine shuts down quickly.
I can't not find idle or high speed adjustment screws.
Can the carb be adjusted?

First, replace or wash the air filter. Usually they can be thrown in the wash and left to dry.

Some carbs do and some do not have adjustments. Could just be dirty inside the carb. Have you tried cleaning the carb?
