My nails are white and chalky and tend to curve upwards

This is an indication of either too much Calcium, or not enough, in your body's system; I'm not sure which. I am not a Doctor, or a Professional in this area.
A Doctor could run some blood tests, and give you a Professional opinion as to what is causing it, and if it's something that needs medication, etc.
