Begin by obtaining a replacement mirror and compare it to the original mirror.

The door trim panel will need to be removed to access the connectors and the mounting fasteners.

Use caution: there are fasteners hidden behind the switch plate:

And behind the lense/reflector:

Attachment 8702

Once the door panel is freed from fasteners, wiggle the panel while lifting upwards. Disconnect any harness's that remain attached.

Replace the mirror and reinstall in the reverse order.
