    This is a somewhat tough area. It is criminal some places. You will have to basically prove they knew they had the STD, that they did not tell you, and that they gave you the STD.

    And of course the defense will most likely defend with that you were also responislbe to use protection..

    I would consult an attorney in your area.

    Thanks for the responses.. Unfortunately I was not aware I was having unprotected sex until it was too late. I had a feeling and one night I addressed my concern with him and he admitted to not using a condom like I had asked.. so I ended up getting two stds and pregnant all at the same time.. I just wish there was something I could do about it..

    There are time limits set by state law called the statute of limitations.
