    Can anyone help show me how to replace the radiator fans on a 2000 Nissan maxima?

    Disconnect the fan connector(s).
    There are a couple of small bolts that hold the top securely to the radiator. (The bottom should fit into slots.)
    The fans attach to the shroud and can be replaced independently.
