All day my back has been killing me. I have an extra lumbar and it makes my lower back her but today my left side right under my ribs hurt so bad I almost couldn't walk. What could be wrong?

I am not at doctor/nurse - but the first thing that came to mind was kidney stones. Have you ever had them?

Well, it kind of feels like your back is breaking and you can't get comfortable no matter how you position yourself.

Its not that bad. I can lay or sit just fine. The pain comes and goes so I don't know what it could be.
