    Reliable used car for son
I would like some input on a reliable car for my 17 yo son. He has a 2003 Lancer but wants a manual and a car he can customize. He likes the older jettas (1999 and up) but I have read some negative things about the costs of repairs. Any suggestions for sporty cars that cost between $ 3000-$4000? I realize they will all be well used for that price but that's all I can afford. Thanks

    Sad, but true!

These two brands are always in the top 10 of most reliable vehicles.

Good news, Ford is catching up quickly!

    I'm a little biased. :D

Ford HAS caught up!! Toyota has slipped. However, totally stands behind their product.
