    Glue/caulk remooval
Hello... I have just laid down a laminate floor (oak laminate) and followed the mfg's. Instructions. This is in the kitchen. I used the recommended glue/caulk and scraped and wiped up the excess as I installed, but now that it has cured, it is difficult to remove. Any suggestions, to where the remover won't damage the laminate? Thanks a lot. Wayne Paton, Youngstown, FL

Is this engineered lumber or a true laminate? Laminate surfaces should be slick and hard enough to handle a putty knife but not foir engineered wood.
