What can I do to file civil suits against the Crown, police, and media in a case where false evidence was used against me and I was denied "due-process" , but this all happened between 1998 and 2002. But I was incarcerated until 2006.
Is there a way for me to get around the statute of limitations?
If not what are my options? Can I sue the Federal and Provincial governments for the loss of 7 years of my life? And damage to my reputation?
