    Toilet bowl not flushing/filling
Our toilet just started to not flush right. It will fill the bowl with water and slowly drain out and when it drains all the way it gurgles and then the bowl dose not fill back up. It is like we have lost the suction to the toilet to pull all of the dirty water out. We have tried plunging and a pipe snake.. Please help

You need to snake you vent stack from the roof. Use enough snake to reach roof to basement floor plus 20'. Your toilet is siphoning because the stack is blocked and not allowing air to enter the drain.

And we need to take the whole toilet off to do this right?

Nope, the toilet stays in place while you rod the stack from the roof.
