Air in all the lines with water . Still have same amount of pressure, but air seems
To almost , burst through the lines. All outlets are affected. Water flows normally,
Then air after a few seconds of water, then air for a couple of bursts, then water,
... ( repeating ) over and over. What could this be?? Bad tank or check valve

It sounds like your pump is pumping air. Is this a submerged pump or a jet pump?

I would not think this would have to do with check valve problem, nor a tank problem. The only sources for air I know of is 1. A submerged pump cavitating due to a lowered water table. 2. A leak in the suction line on a jet pump.

It is not likely you would be getting air bursts from your pressure tank since the tank is generally about half full of water. The air, of course, "sits" on top of the water, some distance away from the inlet/outlet at the bottom of the tank.

It is a submerged pump. It has an old pump(jacuuzzi) , inside the well house,
But it is old was not in use when I bought prop. Thanks Dave C.

Dave, I don't think a leaking check valve could cause this. It will allow water to leak down the well pipe, but there would still need to be a source of air getting into the pipe. At any rate, you would notice a check valve problem in that the pump will cycle off and on when water is not being used.

About the only way I know for air to get in a well system with a submerged pump is a lowered water table that allows the pump to draw some air. Others on this site may have some other suggestions. Wish I could give more ideas but I don't have them. Sounds like you need to call in a well expert.
